Would you like to practice your English conversation skills, build English vocabulary, learn common phrases and idioms, and meet others who are also learning English as an additional language?

This Beginner English Conversation group meets weekly on Tuesday nights (7pm to 9pm) at the Prendergast Community Centre, 906 Cottonwood Road. Meeting dates are from Tuesday, May 7th until Tuesday, June 25th. 

The evening will be a space for informal English conversation in peer groups, and will include tea and a snack. This will be an opportunity to for you to learn English and enjoy the company of others. The focus will be on speaking and vocabulary, rather than reading or writing, however we are happy to assist you briefly with writing or grammar-related questions at the end of the evening.  

All levels of English learners are welcome and we look forward to meeting you.
